We Sisters of the Holy Family working in Habarana and Kanthale – Somapura are always choosing the most needed people for serving . We stay in Habarana and from here we go about 80 kilometers We serve specially women and Children in these villages . Children for their Education and Health and also Empowering women we train them for self employment . For these on going projects we need money and always we experience God ‘s providence . We experience His Love through the Benefactors like You all and we always get our needs for our service . Through the Holy Family Convent, we have identified a disadvantaged community near Trincomalee. The convent supports children from the poorest families by providing essential school materials, including books, stationery, and uniforms. Additionally, they offer nutritious meals at school, supplementing the typical diet of rice and sambol with dhal, egg, and fish curry. Whenever funds allow, the convent also distributes small food parcels to some of the neediest families.

For Empowering women We do train them for self employment. Already we have finished making some short eatables . And also we made kinds of soap , washing liquids and sanitary items . We hope to train them for making bags slippers etc. If we train them they will make money for their Children using the knowledge. You help us to go forward with our people. Thanks .
